I am from Northen Maine. I called the closest Malibu dealer to me to get some information on what to use for hull fin fasteners on my 2000 Malibu Sportster so I could reinstall them. After getting a huge runaround and no calls back from the dealer that is closest to me I looked up other Malibu Dealers online and randomly picked Transition Watersports. Where do I start, Im from Miami and searched every Sea Hunt Dealer from here to Jacksonville. Nobody took me seriously, and the ones that did couldnt get me pricing fast enough. Then I found Transition and I spoke to Nate. He emailed me a spec sheet, I sent it right back and I got the best price by far Id gotten in less than 10 minutes. I couldnt believe it. Next thing I knew I was getting financing and the boat ordered in just a couple phone calls. 2 months later and our boat arrived. Cant thank Nate and his guys enough, they came in over Thanksgiving weekend (and Nate was sick ) just to deliver and lake test the boat with me. My recent Sea Hunt purchase from Nate and all his staff at Transitions Watersports was exceptionally professional and courteous from the manufacture purchase agreement to the delivery including the 20-hour service knocking out a small punch list accomplished by his service team in a very timely matter. I've been boating most all of my life owning over a dozen boats up to 42' and of dealerships I've done business with Transition Watersports is definitely one of the best or the best dealerships.

Listen to this before you buy a boat anywhere else. I recently bought a 2022 sea hunt ultra 255 se from Transition Watersports and as all other things Yamaha had a wait on the new 300hp motors. My boat came in way sooner then the motor and I was super anxious to get out on the water by the Fourth of July weekend! As we got closer and closer to that deadline I called Nate (the owner of transition) and he said he is doing his best to get my motor (this is the week before the Fourth of July) he worked his magic AND GOT MY MOTOR FOR ME THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE HOLIDAY! Thats not the best part. They were closing for the holiday weekend but he and his team stayed open just for me AND GOT MY MOTOR ON MY BOAT JUST IN TIME!! My holiday was saved and I was a very happy customer. These guys are by far the best they work with you in all corners of finance and mechanics and do there absolute best to make there customers happy! I came in on a Saturday to learn more about their PWC lifts and their Hewitt dock systems. Less than two weeks later, Codey helped me design the dock layout, give me a quote, and delivered and installed the dock and PWC lift. Transition Water Sports is a fair and honest dealer that went above and beyond to get us in the boat of our dreams. They gave us a good value on our trade and we got a brand new 2016 Axis A20 at a much lower price than other dealers nearby. They are very knowledgeable about the industry and have a great selection of boats for every price range. We will continue to drive over an hour to have our boat serviced instead of our local dealer that's 5 minutes away. Their service prices are reasonable and you know you can trust them.

We called Nate and Abby at Transition Watersports at 8:00 in the morning to inquire about getting 2 lift stations for our wave runners. They were extremely responsive, having a very reasonable quote emailed to me within minutes. By 5:00 that same day, the lift stations were delivered and placed in the water. My experience with Transition Watersports begin with a call from a close friend of mine asking if I would go with him to demo a boat he was thinking about purchasing. The adventure started out with a 2.5 hour drive to the dealership in the small town of Ocklawaha. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles from all the employees in the shop. Everyone was very helpful and offered a friendly laid back atmosphere. The boat demo went very well with Reece deciding to purchase the boat. The customer service was something that you rarely experience in a field of sales these days. It has lead me to become a frequent customer of Transition Watersports. I have not purchased a boat from Transition yet, but will continue to take my current boat the 2.5 hour journey for service and repair work because of the A+ customer service and atmosphere that I have experienced from Nate and his crew, and I hope to join the Centurion family soon.

We recently purchased our Centurion Air Warrior from Transition Watersports and couldn't be happier! We looked for over a year trying to find a clean, reliable used ski/crossover boat and were ready to give up. Everything we found was old, trashed and overpriced. We saw a potential boat advertised online with Transition Watersports and went to see it. Unfortunately it was sold by the time we arrived so we discussed our needs and preferences with Nate & Abby and they would keep an eye out and let us know if they came across something that might work. Two weeks later Abby called me about a 2009 Centurion they had taken in on trade. I reviewed the photos and information and was very interested. Abby put me in touch with a lender they work with and I was able to get everything arranged for the purchase before we drove over to pick up the boat. I was very impressed with the organization, professionalism and honesty we received from the entire staff at Transition. If Abby hadn't alerted me to the boat they took in on trade and made the purchase so painless we it wouldn't have happened. When we arrived to finalize the paperwork and pick up the boat everything was prepared and they went over everything related to this boat specifically and anything else we might need to know regarding boating and areas in Florida. After our purchase they have followed up to make sure everything is working correctly and we haven't had any problems. It's obvious the entire staff at Transition takes a lot of pride in providing such great service and products. They are a wonderful resource after the sale because of their dedication and knowledge in all areas of boating and watersports. I live in Texas and had been looking for the right used Centurion boat for several months. I found that boat in Florida at TWS. The price was very reasonable, almost too good to be true. I was understandably nervous about a long distance transaction but I called Nate and he really put me at ease. He is a straight shooter and was upfront and honest about the condition of the boat. I didn't want any surprises so he sent me a lot of additional photos showing every little blemish the boat had. He communicated with me throughout the process and even accommodated my request for some aftermarket ballast upgrades (even though I think I was kind of a pain in the neck to deal with). He arranged transport so the boat could be brought right to my front door and his driver is a great guy. He spent time to go through the boat and make sure I knew how to use everything and care for the boat. I was pleasantly surprised when the boat was delivered as it was extremely clean in and out, despite having just made a 1200 mile trip through bad weather. Knowing ahead of time that the weather would be bad on the trip, Nate threw in a brand new cover for the boat for free!! It's been a pleasure doing business with Nate at TWS and I would do it again without a second thought. I have purchased two boats from Transition Watersports and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Nate and the guys are easy-going and very helpful. At most boat dealerships they are only interested in the customers that can sink a lot of money into a brand new boat, but not at Transition. Both of the boats I bought were used and over 10 years old yet I was treated like I was buying a new boat. I am also impressed with their commitment to quality. The used boats they sell look new. They put a lot of time and money into that. My 2004 Centurion Avalanche looks brand new and runs great. And if you're thinking about buying a boat, go with a Centurion. My first boat was a Malibu and I traded it for a Centurion Avalanche. And if I ever buy a boat in the future it will be a Centurion. High quality, huge wake, and affordable price.

We are finally happy docking our boat. All we have to do is drive on our Hewitt lift, push the remote button and come up out of the water, step on the dock and go about our business. There is no tying to cleats, no guessing where we are supposed to be, no chance of hitting anything. It couldn't be easier. And Nate Stockman took the time to show us the lift on the day we visited his store even though he was on his way to his wedding rehearsal. And the guys who installed the lift were prompt, professional and courteous. I am so glad we purchased this lift from TWS.
